Our objective is to make your travel experiences effortlessly seamless, which is why our meet and greet assistance services are centered around our customers’ needs and requirements.
Arrival
- A dedicated agent will monitor the status of your flight and punctually meet you at the arrival gate with a personalized signage
- The agent will assist you and expedite your passage through passport control
- The agent will lead you on to luggage claim hall and help with the retrieval of your bags
- You will be ultimately accompanied to your transportation or expecting party in the arrival hall.
Starting from: £195 ( 1 to 3 ) passengers
Departure
- You will be met by a dedicated agent upon arrival at the airport, at the spot and time previously arranged with either your driver or yourself.
- The greeter will assist with baggage utilizing an airport trolley for up to 3 standard sized bags. It is highly recommended to book a baggage porter as part of the service should guests be travelling with multiple large or heavy bags.
- Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onward through the security check point using the priority lane.
- If you have access to a lounge, the agent will take you to it or directly to the gate area
- Luxury Vip lounges can be booked for an additional £45 per passenger
- The agent will monitor the flight status and lead you to the boarding when the time comes.

Transit
- A dedicated agent will monitor the status of your flight and punctually meet you at the arrival gate with a personalized signage
- If you need to clear passport control, the agent will expedite your passage through it
- You will be swiftly assisted through luggage retrieval, check-in for your connecting flight and security filter, should your itinerary require you to comply with any of these procedures
- In case of any unforeseen issue, such as a missed connection or a flight cancellation, the agent will remain at your side and closely assist you with your alternative plans
- The agent will escort you to the lounge, if you have access to it, or all the way to the scheduled gate of your departure flight.
